Rescheduling an Illumination Session is acceptable, but will only be allowed to occur a reasonable number of times.
Cancellation Policy
A retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Your appointment is officially held once the retainer is received. Retainers are non-refundable, as they secure dedicated studio time and preparation just for you. In certain circumstances, a retainer may be applied as a credit toward a future photo session. Credits are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis. If professional beauty or additional booking services are added to your session and the appointment is later canceled, a $200 holding fee will apply. This helps cover the reserved time and the inability to book another client in that slot. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Thank you for understanding and respecting the care, time, and preparation that go into every Sassy Mouth Photography experience.
